Description

The toucan is worked in latch hook: with the hook you knot the short lengths of acrylic yarn one by one into the holes of the canvas, following the hand-painted colours. There is no counting and no chart to read, so it is a relaxing project that suits beginners too, and the dense pile gives the design a soft, raised finish.

Everything needed for the hooking is in the kit, while the backing fabric and the cushion pad are not included: once finished, sew on a back panel and insert a 40 × 40 cm pad. The panel can also be used as a small rug or hung on the wall.
