Description

A corner of summer meadow with blue butterflies, bluebells and small yellow flowers, worked in counted cross stitch on a light sage green ground that lets the design breathe. Alongside the cross stitch there are lazy daisies for the petals and back stitch for the outlines, while the beads add sparkle at the flower centres: straightforward techniques, though the many shades and small details make it a project to enjoy slowly.

Everything needed for the stitching is in the box; a frame is not included, nor are a hoop and scissors. Once finished, the square works well framed or made up into a cushion.
