Two sheep peer over a hillside, each with a red balloon tied to a string, while a bee drifts across the clouds. The design comes from an original painting by Lucy Pittaway. The canvas is printed in full colour, so there is no counting involved: you simply follow the printed shades, using the chart for the back stitch outlines.
Appletons wool covers 10 count canvas generously and the work grows quickly, making this a manageable project even on a first tapestry. Backing fabric, cushion pad and finishing materials are not included: once stitched, the panel can be made up into a cushion or framed instead.
