Description

Two ducks standing side by side among flowering daffodils, from a watercolour design by artist Hannah Dale. The speckled background is already printed on the fabric, so the flecks around the birds need no stitching and the finished piece keeps the airy look of the original illustration.

The stranded cottons come sorted on a card organiser, so you can start straight away without matching skeins first. The design is worked in full cross stitch, with a few fractional stitches and backstitch for the outlines, making it a good choice once you have a little experience. You will also need a hoop and small scissors; a frame is not included.
