Description

A small Easter banner designed by Kate Garrett: a rabbit and a mouse busy decorating a large egg, surrounded by daffodils, violets and butterflies, with lettering top and bottom. It is worked in counted cross stitch on Aida, following the colour chart: the stitches are counted over the squares of the fabric, so it suits anyone who has already tried cross stitch.

The kit includes the wooden dowel that turns the finished piece into a hanging banner for a door or a wall; for the making up you will also need a sewing needle and thread, and a hoop or frame if you like to stitch on taut fabric. No picture frame is needed.
