Meow!

A sampler of cats for anyone who loves them all: each one is stitched in its own pose, with the name of its coat worked beside it in back stitch, along with a butterfly, a ball of wool and a cricket. The finished piece looks cheerful on a wall at home and makes a good present for a cat person.

The design is worked in counted cross stitch on white Aida following the chart, with back stitch for the outlines and lettering and French knots for small details, so a little previous practice helps. A frame is not included, nor are a hoop and scissors, both handy while you stitch.
