Description

The design is printed in full colour straight onto the Aida: the print guides you and makes it easy to keep your place, though the stitches are still counted from the chart. Alongside cross stitch you will work back stitch for the outlines and the lettering, plus a few French knots for the flower centres, so it suits anyone who has already finished a project or two.

The stranded cottons come pre-sorted by shade, ready to use. You will also need a hoop or frame to stitch, and a picture frame once finished: neither is included. The quotation about summer and childhood makes it a lovely piece to hang in a bedroom or living room.
