Description

A winter scene with a snow-covered house and the family cat, worked in counted cross stitch on 16-count Aida in a soft ice blue that sets off the whites of the snow. The fabric is not printed: you follow the chart and count the squares, usually starting from the centre of the design.

The kit holds all the stitching materials, threads and needle included; you will also want a hoop or frame to work on, and a picture frame or other mount once the stitching is done. With 33 colours and a fine count it is a substantial project, better suited to stitchers with some counted cross stitch practice.
