Description

A bouquet of roses to work in counted cross stitch on ecru Aida: the soft natural ground sets off the shading of the petals, built up from a wide palette of DMC stranded cotton. The 16-count Aida has a fine weave, so the stitches come out small and crisp; good light and a magnifier help in the most shaded areas.

The kit holds everything needed to stitch, apart from a hoop or frame and scissors, which are left to your own preference. The chart and instructions explain the symbols and the order of work. Once complete, the piece is ready to be framed, on its own or paired with another floral design.
