Description

A summer still life with red poppies, daisies and sprigs of lavender gathered in a blue enamel pail, next to a straw hat and a terracotta pot, with two dragonflies completing the scene. It is worked in counted cross stitch from the chart, on evenweave Aida where the holes are easy to find.

The kit brings everything needed for the stitching itself, apart from the frame: a hoop or frame and a small pair of embroidery scissors make the work more comfortable. With many shades of green and red to follow, it suits stitchers who have already completed a project or two. Once finished, it makes a picture for the kitchen or the living room.
