A generous spring bouquet in a woven basket, printed in colour on Penelope canvas: there is nothing to count, you simply work over the design already printed on the fabric. The format is large and the flowers have many shades, so it is a long-term piece best suited to stitchers with some needlepoint experience.
Only the canvas is supplied: threads are not included and are chosen separately, usually tapestry wool matched to the printed colours. You will also need a blunt-tipped tapestry needle and, if you like working with the canvas taut, a frame. Once completed, the panel is most often framed as a picture.
