A Christmas stocking to work in counted cross stitch: a snowman in a decorated hat, baubles hanging from the branches above him and red poinsettias along the foot. The chart includes an alphabet, so you can add a name across the top as shown in the photo and turn it into a keepsake that comes out every December.
The threads arrive sorted by colour and the chart is printed with large squares, which keeps it readable through long stitching sessions. The felt backing and the hanging ribbon are included, but the final making up is done by hand, so you will also need sewing thread and a needle. A hoop or frame helps to keep the Aida taut.
