Description

A quiet moment at the water's edge, with a pink sunset sky reflected in the lake: the design comes from an original painting by Lucy Pittaway and keeps her naive style and soft, layered colours. The counted cross stitch is lifted by a few fractional stitches and by backstitch, which outlines the jetty and the figures.

The threads arrive already sorted by colour on the organiser, so there is no time lost matching numbers before starting. Everything is included except a hoop or frame and scissors, which you will need to add, along with a frame for mounting the finished piece. A nice choice for stitchers with some experience of shaded designs.
