Description

Two bees side by side under an arch of bluebells, surrounded by yellow and purple crocuses and a few butterflies, with the words 'You are the bees knees!'. It is worked in counted cross stitch from the chart, with back stitch for the outlines and antennae and French knots for small details.

The stranded cottons come pre-sorted by colour, so you can start stitching straight away, and the alphabet included in the kit lets you add a name or a date to turn it into a personalised gift, perhaps for an anniversary. You will also need a hoop or frame and small embroidery scissors; the picture frame is not included and can be chosen once the stitching is done.
