Description

A pile of woodland animals sleeping snugly in the falling snow, from Hannah Dale's watercolour for Wrendale Designs. The Aida comes printed with the artwork, so the snowy forest background stays visible around the stitching and gives the scene depth, while the animals are worked in counted cross stitch from the chart, with back stitch for the outlines.

The stranded cottons are pre-sorted by colour, so you can start straight away. A hoop or frame and a small pair of scissors are handy for working; a frame for display is not included. Once finished, it makes a Christmas picture to hang up or to give as a gift.
