Description

Three cats on a garden wall in front of a terrace of brick houses, under a snowy night sky: a winter design by Hannah Dale for Wrendale Designs. The watercolour background is already printed on the Aida and the stitching builds up the subjects, so even the unstitched areas stay full of colour.

Work with the fabric held in a hoop or frame and follow the colour chart: as well as cross stitch there are fractional stitches, back stitch for the outlines and French knots, so it suits stitchers with a few projects behind them. The frame is not included: the finished piece can be framed or made up into a cushion.
