Fall Friends

Two mice making the most of autumn: one wears a yellow raincoat, a green scarf and red wellies as it catches the falling leaves, while the other pops out of a heap of red and golden foliage, with rust-coloured trees behind. The design is by Sarah Summers and belongs to the Bothy Threads «On A Mice Adventure» series.

The Aida is printed in full colour with the «Golden Glade» background, so the soft landscape is already on the fabric and only the figures are stitched, which makes the work go faster. Alongside cross stitch you will use back stitch for the outlines and a few French knots. All you need to add is a hoop or frame and small scissors; choose a picture frame once the stitching is done.
