Description

An advent calendar to stitch: every motif carries its own number, so you can work one a day until you reach the lettering in the middle. It is worked in counted cross stitch from the chart, with back stitch for the outlines and the words, and the threads come already sorted by colour on the organiser, so you can start straight away.

The 16 count Aida has a fine weave, so a good frame and direct light over the work both help. A frame is not included: the finished design is sized to fit the largest Nurge frame, or you can have it mounted by a framer. A piece to bring out every December, for the hallway or the sitting room.
