A fast-asleep mouse makes a greetings card you stitch yourself and then send. The design is worked in counted cross stitch on Aida, with back stitch for the outlines and a single French knot: a project of just a few evenings, within reach of anyone who can follow a chart.
The kit also includes an alphabet so you can add a name or a date and make the card personal. All you need to add are small scissors and, if you like your fabric taut, a hoop. Once stitched, the piece is mounted in the cream card supplied, ready for the envelope.
