Description

A corner of an Italian lake with a house right by the water, to be worked in counted cross stitch on ice-blue Aida: the fabric colour sets the tone for sky and water and lightens the work in the palest areas. With 42 colours and a generous format it is a demanding piece, better suited to stitchers who have already completed a few counted designs.

Everything needed to stitch is in the kit, threads included. You only need to add a hoop or frame, which keeps the fabric taut and the stitches even, plus good lighting. When finished, wash the work, press it face down and take it to a framer: it is a picture for the wall.
