Description

Pomegranate branches heavy with fruit, orange blossoms and two butterflies over a soft blue background: a generous design with plenty of shading, worked on the Aida fabric supplied in the kit. Besides full cross stitch it uses half cross stitch, backstitch for the outlines and French knots, so some experience of counted work is helpful.

The chart is digital only: it is viewed in the free Fantastitch app and cannot be printed, so a smartphone or tablet is needed. A hoop or frame and a small pair of scissors make the stitching easier; the frame shown in the photo is not included. Once finished, the piece makes a picture for a kitchen or dining room.
