Description

A small spring scene: a tree in pink blossom, a path winding between flowering shrubs, a cottage on the meadow and two ducks on the pond. It is worked in counted cross stitch on Aida following the chart, with many shades packed into a few centimetres, so it rewards careful counting while still stitching up fairly quickly.

The kit holds everything needed to stitch, threads and needle included; the frame shown in the photo is not part of the kit, and neither is a hoop, which helps keep the fabric taut. Once finished, the little picture looks its best framed with a pale mount.
