Description

A view of the French Alps, with the Chamonix valley, the trees and summer flowers in the foreground: a generous design with plenty of shading, worked in counted cross stitch from the chart supplied. The 16-count Aida has a fine weave, so the stitches are small and the detail is crisp — a good choice if you have stitched before and can work in good light.

The kit holds everything you need to stitch, except a hoop or frame, which helps keep the fabric taut on a piece this size. Once finished, the embroidery can be framed, with or without a mount, and hung as a picture.
