Description

A pond scene with two white swans among pink water lilies and reeds, printed in colour on Penelope canvas: there is no counting, you simply stitch the design colour by colour. The double threads of Penelope canvas let you work half cross stitch over the pairs, or split them for petit point to bring out the detail of the feathers and the reflections on the water.

Threads are not included: the required materials list shows the recommended DMC Soft Cotton colours, which can be added to the cart in one go. You will also need a blunt tapestry needle and, if you prefer, a frame. It is a generously sized piece, intended to be framed as a picture.
