September Colour

A bunch of garden flowers in the warm tones of September, worked in counted cross stitch on ice blue Aida: the cool, pale background makes the petals and leaves stand out. The palette is wide and full of gradual shading, so some practice in following a symbol chart and keeping track of finished rows is helpful.

The kit provides all the stitching materials; you will also need a hoop or frame and small scissors, plus a frame or mount for the finished piece, which are not included. Once complete, it makes an attractive picture for a living room or bedroom wall.
