Bookmark - Christmas Gnomes (2)

Two Christmas bookmarks with gnomes in long red hats, worked in counted cross stitch from a large-square chart: the symbols are easy to read and there is not much area to cover, so each one is finished in a few evenings even if you are new to counted work.

Everything you need for stitching is in the kit, threads and needle included. To finish the bookmarks you only need a narrow ribbon or cord for the top, as shown on the model, and perhaps a piece of card or felt glued to the back to stiffen them. They make a nice gift to slip into a book, or a small hanging ornament for the tree.
