Description

A tulip in full bloom, its orange petals streaked with pink opening against green leaves and deep blue shadows. The stitching covers the whole surface and the many shades give the finished piece the look of a painting. It belongs to the floral «Spring Awakening» series, designed as a triptych with the companion flowers.

The fabric is a fine 16-count Aida, which renders the colour transitions well but rewards good light and the use of a hoop or frame, not included. The chart is only available through the free Fantastitch app, so a phone or tablet is needed while stitching. Once complete, the piece is ready to frame.
