Summer Vibes - Aida

A little girl with wings and a halo, in a cream dress, reaching towards a flight of swallows. The shading on the face, the feathers and the dress is delicate and calls for careful chart reading: with 35 colours and a figurative design, this is a project for stitchers with some cross stitch experience behind them.

The kit brings together fabric, threads, needle and chart with instructions; the frame and mount shown in the photo are not included. Embroidery scissors and a hoop or frame to keep the fabric taut are useful additions. Once finished, the piece is ideal to frame, perhaps as a gift for a new baby or a christening.
