A group of deer in a clearing at first light, among oaks with red and golden leaves and sunlight filtering through the trunks. The long horizontal format suits a wall above a sideboard or a sofa, or a panel in a hallway.
The design is worked in counted cross stitch from the chart, with the threads already selected and the needle supplied in the box: all you need to add is a hoop or frame to keep the fabric taut. The many woodland shades and the width of the picture call for some practice with counted work. A picture frame is not included and can be chosen once the stitching is done.
