A seascape with three leaping dolphins, foaming waves and a palm-fringed beach behind them. The design is already printed in colour on the canvas, so there is no counting: you simply fill in the printed areas. Needlepoint is worked with diagonal stitches all slanting the same way and, on a 10 mesh canvas, it covers ground quickly even in a large format like this one.

You are buying the canvas alone: threads are not included. The required materials list shows the DMC Soft Cotton shades matched to the design, which can be added to the cart in one go; a blunt tapestry needle is also useful, plus a frame if you like to keep the canvas taut. Once finished, the piece can be framed or made up into a cushion.
