Bianca Blue belongs to Wallflower, the Tilda collection that takes a romantic look at the ornamental styles of the 1960s and 70s. This is the caramel and blue colour story: flat stylised blooms, slim leaves and trailing stems that form a diamond grid over a cream ground. The repeat is regular, so the print still reads well once it is cut into squares and narrow strips.
It is an easy fabric for quilt blocks, cushions, bags, pouches and notebook covers, and it sits happily next to the blue, mustard and terracotta solids from the same range. Pre-wash before cutting so any shrinkage happens before you sew; for borders and backings choose one of the larger cuts.
