Brie Sand belongs to the Tilda Basics range, the fabrics made to go alongside the seasonal collections. The print is a very dense ditsy floral with minute blooms and barely sketched leaves: from a distance it reads almost as a warm, lively solid, which makes it useful for the small pieces of a quilt, for borders and as a counterpoint to larger prints.
It is an easy fabric for sewing too: bag linings, drawstring pouches, zipped cases, clothes for Tilda dolls and small patchwork. The price shown is for the basic cut; if you need long strips across the full width, choose one of the larger cuts. A pre-wash before cutting avoids surprises once you start sewing.
