Larissa Eggplant

Larissa Eggplant belongs to Sanctuary, Tilda's autumn/winter collection in soft, muted shades. The print is small and evenly spaced, with flowering stems repeating in garlands: from a distance it reads as a dark ground that gives depth to the lighter fabrics in the range, and it works well cut small, since the motif stays legible even in little squares.

Use it for quilt blocks, borders, lavender bags, linings and cushion backs, or for the clothes of Tilda dolls. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. For long borders or strips, choose one of the larger cuts.
