My Neighborhood Teal

My Neighborhood Teal belongs to Hometown, the Tilda collection built around the love of home and community: on a teal ground, little houses, blossoming trees, hedges, kitchen gardens and the occasional bird are drawn in cream with a light, illustrative line. The motif is small and repeats evenly, so it still reads well once cut into squares and strips.

Use it as a background or as a blender alongside the larger prints in the collection, in autumn and winter quilts, and also for cushions, bags, drawstring pouches and linings. Pre-wash it before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. For borders and long strips, choose one of the larger cuts.
