Solid Pale Yellow

Solid Pale Yellow is one of the Tilda Basics plains, made to support the printed collections: a soft, warm yellow that lightens quilt blocks, sits behind appliqué and works well as a lining for bags and pouches. With no pattern to match, cutting is quicker and less fabric goes to waste.

It is a medium-weight quilting cotton that sews smoothly by machine and presses crisply, so it also suits Tilda dolls and small stuffed makes. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. For borders and long strips, choose one of the larger cuts, which run the full width of the bolt.
