Solid Sage Green

Solid Sage Green is a plain sage from the Tilda Basics range: a soft, slightly dusty green that lets the eye rest between one print and the next. It is the fabric to keep within reach for block backgrounds, sashing between squares, borders and backings, or for any area where a printed design would be too much.

Smooth and medium in weight, it also works well for appliqué, for leaves and stems in floral arrangements, for dolls and for small sewn accessories. It sits happily alongside the Tilda printed collections, which often pick up exactly these muted greens. Pre-wash it before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
