Tiny Farm Mauve

Tiny Farm Mauve belongs to Maple Farm, the Tilda collection in soft autumn shades. The print comes from the Tiny Farm range designed for children: a farmyard drawn with a light line on a dusty mauve ground, with a cow, little houses, fences and chicks repeating in a medium-scale motif that still reads well once cut into squares.

It is an easy fabric for baby quilts, play mats, cushions, drawstring bags and the backing of a small quilt, where the design can be seen whole. It sits nicely next to the earthy solids and the smaller prints of the same collection. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so the slight shrinkage happens before you sew.
