A high-heeled shoe drawn as a garden: the railed path follows the line of the sole, a weeping willow hangs from the heel and a little cottage with a pointed roof sits at the toe, among round topiary trees and flowering shrubs. It belongs to the series of shoes illustrated by Sally King.
The design is worked in counted cross stitch from the chart; the threads come already sorted by colour on the organiser, so you can start straight away. Outlines are picked out in back stitch and a few details in French knots, a stitch that takes minutes to learn. You will also need a hoop or frame, and a picture frame once the stitching is done: the frame is not included.
