Description

A close-up portrait of a blue tit, looking straight at you, with plumage shaded in blue, white, black and yellow. The tall, narrow format suits the photographic framing of the bird and fits well with the rest of the animal series.

It is worked in counted cross stitch on Aida following the large-square chart, with a few long stitches and French knots for the eyes and feather details. You will also need a hoop or frame and a small pair of scissors; the frame shown is not included. Once finished, the piece can be framed or mounted on a padded board.
