Bunny

A bunny holding a small blue flower, from Marjolein Bastin's nature drawings: the soft shading of the fur comes from a handful of colours worked in cross stitch over two threads, while back stitch outlines the shape and long stitch adds lightness to the whiskers and stems.

The kit has everything needed for the stitching, including the DMC threads already sorted on the organiser, so there is no need to match numbers one by one. The frame shown in the photo is not included: once finished, wash the work, press it face down and take it to a framer, or mount it in a decorative embroidery hoop. A hoop or frame is also useful while stitching.
