Description

A corner of a water garden with lilies, yellow irises and flowering shrubs, and a little bridge crossing the pond: an impressionist-style scene full of soft pinks, blues and greens. Although it uses 38 colours, almost everything is worked in whole cross stitch on an easy-to-count light Aida, with a few long stitches for the details.

It belongs to Lanarte's Mystery series, released as a surprise design. You will also need a hoop or frame and a small pair of scissors; the frame shown is not included. Once finished, the piece looks its best framed with a pale mount, which brings out the flowers in the foreground.
