Treasure Undersea - Aïda

A sea turtle glides through the water above pink, orange and green corals: the 49 shades of stranded cotton are what give the water and the shell their depth. They come already sorted on a thread organiser, so there is no sorting to do before you start.

Besides cross stitch, the chart also uses half cross stitch, long stitch and french knots, all explained in the instructions, so it suits someone who has already finished a few simpler projects. You will also need a hoop or frame and a sharp pair of embroidery scissors; the picture frame is not included and is best chosen once the stitching is finished and ready to hang.
