A large blue pansy opens against a black ground, framed by green leaves and scrolls in a strongly graphic style. The design is intended for a cushion, as in the photograph, where the made-up cover with its blue piping is not part of the product. The colours are printed straight onto the canvas, so there is no counting: you stitch area by area, following the print.
The canvas is sold on its own, without threads: choose them separately, in tapestry wool or acrylic, matching the printed shades. You will also need a tapestry needle and, to finish, backing fabric and a cushion pad; the worked panel can equally be framed.
