Description

A romantic late-Victorian scene: a lady reads her letter in the shade of a blossoming tree while a carriage rolls away along the country lane. The design is printed in colour on the Penelope canvas, so there is no counting involved: you simply fill the coloured areas in half cross stitch, with all the diagonals slanting the same way.

This is the canvas on its own: threads and needle are not included. The 18 suggested DMC Soft Cotton colours are listed under the required materials and can be added to the cart in one go; a scroll or stretcher frame makes a canvas this size easier to handle. Once finished, stretch it and frame it as a picture.
