Tipsy Ginger

Tipsy Ginger is one of the blenders in Sunday Brunch, the collection Tone Finnanger designed for spring and summer with soft, vintage shades. The print is small and evenly spaced: little pink flowers and green leaves on a warm orange ground, with no clear direction, so it can be cut whichever way suits the project.

Small prints like this one give the larger designs of a collection room to breathe: they work well for the small pieces of a block, for borders, for the back of a cushion, and for linings, drawstring bags and dolls. Pre-wash the fabric before cutting, so that the slight shrinkage happens before you sew. If you need long strips, choose one of the larger cuts.
