Description

Two flowery bookmarks designed by Marjolein Bastin, with pink and white dahlias visited by a bumblebee, a butterfly and a ladybird. They are small enough to carry around and quick to finish, so they work well as a short project or as a handmade gift for a keen reader.

Alongside the cross stitch there are a few french knots and long stitches for the details, both explained in the instructions. Finishing materials are not included: you will want a piece of felt or lining fabric for the back and a narrow ribbon for the tassel loop. A small hoop and a pair of embroidery scissors are handy too.
