Description

A cluster of red anemones standing out against a black, violet-shaded background: the contrast between the bright petals and the dark fabric gives the piece real depth. Counted cross stitch is worked by counting the squares of the Aida and following the chart; the fabric is not printed.

Everything needed for the stitching is in the box, but the frame shown in the photo is not included. Working on black fabric is much easier with good lighting and, if you like, a hoop or frame to keep the fabric taut. Once finished, press the work from the back and frame it, or mount it on a board to hang.
