Floral Cart

A wooden cart overflowing with flowers, worked on fabric whose background is already softly printed: the watercolour wash gives depth to the scene, so only the motif itself is stitched, in counted cross stitch with a little back stitch for the outlines. The many shades come sorted on the yarn organizer, so each chart number is easy to find.

Work with one or two strands of stranded cotton depending on the coverage you like; fabric, threads and needle are included, but no hoop or frame, which you will want to add. Given the size and the number of shades it is a project to take slowly, best suited to stitchers with some experience who want a picture to hang.
