Description

A piece of spring by Marjolein Bastin: primroses in bloom, a butterfly resting on the white petals and two busy bees, with the word 'LENTE' along the bottom. The cross stitch is worked over the squares of the evenweave fabric, while backstitch outlines and french knots add definition to the flowers and insects.

Everything you need comes in the box, with the threads already sorted on the organiser; the frame shown in the photo is not included. A hoop or frame to keep the fabric taut is handy too. With its many colour changes and shaded petals, this one suits stitchers who already have some experience.
