A monastery with golden domes rising out of the snow, framed by the golden branches of a birch and a road fading into the distance. The shading is subtle, with many tones of blue, white and orange, so the design suits stitchers who are comfortable with frequent colour changes.
The fabric is not printed: you count the stitches and follow the full-colour symbolic chart square by square. Everything needed for the stitching is in the kit, while a hoop or frame, scissors and a picture frame are not. Keeping the Aida taut helps produce even crosses; when finished, the piece can be gently washed, pressed from the back and framed.
